"We recently partnered with Triad Roofing on the Union Cross IV and Winchester III roofing projects. This involved installation of two large scale fast track warehouse projects totaling roughly one million square feet of building area. Both projects followed near identical calendar time of year and number of days aggressive project schedules during the difficult winter months, Triad Roofing was able to meet and also beat both project schedules requirements enabling the interior trades to begin work assuring the successful overall completion of the projects. In my ongoing dealings with Triad Roofing I have always found them to operate with the utmost character, and integrity in all of their actions during all phases of construction."

Triad Roofing Awarded new Caterpillar Project |
LOCAL COMPANY THAT WAS FORMERLY “POWERED BY DELL” NOW PROUD TO BE “POWERED BY CAT”
Triad Roofing Company, Inc. announced today that the firm has landed the contract for the roofing work on the new Caterpillar plant that is being built in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In 2005, the firm completed the roof for
the Dell Manufacturing Facility, built on Temple School Road that is beside the site of the new Caterpillar plant. The
announcement of the 426 million dollar Caterpillar Axle Manufacturing Plant was revealed in July of last year with
much fanfare. Caterpillar is expected to create 396 jobs over the next 5 years. Ken G. Gwyn, the president of Triad
Roofing Company, Inc., expects the work on the roof to be completed by the end of June. Another local company,
Commercial Roofing Products, who is the distributor for Firestone Building Products, will be providing the materials
for the project.
Gwyn said, “We are proud to have been chosen by Gray Construction Company and Caterpillar to install the almost 20
acre roof on the new plant. When we start to talk about the size of roof areas in acres instead of square feet, it’s a big
deal. This project is monumental for us, the City of Winston-Salem and the State North Carolina. We are elated that
Caterpillar chose Winston-Salem over the competing cities and states.

| New Office |
Triad Roofing Co., Inc. moved into our new office space in October of 2006. The building is much larger then our previous space. Triad’s new building has 17,000 total square feet and a much larger yard for equipment. We used the existing offices until the new renovations could be finished. The completed space offers 5,000 square feet of office area and 12,000 square feet for storage and warehouse space. We utilized our roofing skills and added six large skylights for natural light. We also added a separate sheet metal shop and delivery area in the warehouse. We invite you to click the link to tour our new facility. |
